At Residenziale Il Naviglio you can find three different types of apartments: “Base”, “Maison” e “Maisonette”.
You can choose between two offers:
“All inclusive”: all available services are included in the price. Pseudo-hotel formula with weekly cleaning and linen, parking space in the collective garage, supply of crockery and kitchen accessories, WI-FI
“On consumption”: the apartment is furnished and equipped. All extra services (linen, crockery, garage, internet, etc.) can be requested and will be charged on a flat rate or on counter basis. This residential formula makes your stay more like a normal condominium.

“On consumption” rates never include local taxes, which are to be paid by the hirer. The offer does not include:
Electricity supply
Heating supply in winter times
Air conditioning supply in summer times
Reception service and management of common areas
Final cleaning and sanitization (always mandatory)
Cleaning of the kitchenette and crockery (always to be borne to the customer)
A mixed flat-rate-meter criteria will be applied to debit these supplies.

Base: about 28 sqm. Energy class “D”. Primary performance 100,2 – kWh /sqm year
Maison: 40-45 sqm. Energy class “C”. Primary performance 85,3 kWh/sqm year
Maisonette: about 60-65 sqm, From n° 41 to n° 48 energy class “C”. Primary performance 85,3 kWh/sqm year; from n° 59 to n° 68 energy class “B”. Primary performance 47,5 kWh/sqm year.
1.CHOOSE THE APARTMENT
Choose the flat you like. For assistance and for personalized offers, write us an e-mail at info@ilnaviglio.com or call us at +39 3391996210. In 48/72 hours you will receive an e-mail with the instructions to proceed with the booking: in 5 minutes you will both sign the contract on line and choose how to pay the down payment (by credit card, wire transfer, cash, bank check or other). Before entering the flat, you will have to settle the rent and pay a deposit (read next paragraph). It is a very simple procedure. Just follow the instructions received per e-mail.
2. ON-SITE
Before entering the flat, our staff will give you all the necessary info to enter and live your flat. You will arrange a meeting to collect the keys. Payment can be done cash, by bank check of an Italian bank or by credit card.
3 WIRE TRANSFER
Should you prefer to pay via wire transfer, our IBAN CODE is: IT98Y0503411301000000020437 – BIC: BAPPIT21680 under the name of Mapa srl.
You can also reload our Poste Pay card (at the post office or on the web site www.poste.it.)
4. RELOAD OUR POSTEPAY CARD
