You can reach our team by phone Mondays to Fridays, weekdays, from 9.00 till 13.00 and from 14.00 till 18.00 so that you can find the accommodation that mostly satisfies your requests.

With a lot of additional services we try to minimize to our customers all those problems related with a stay far from home.

Our accommodations in Pavia are the ideal solution for the ones who prefer a personalised „turnkey flat“ instead of the usual residence or hotel.

We propose you custom-made solutions, apartments with variable stay length agreed to satisfy your needs.

With our support you can:

-) book quickly and easily, helped by our staff before and during your stay period in our apartments.

-) rent wider and more comfortable spaces and choose among a spread range of accommodations.

-) sign custom-made leases based on the length of the stay, the number of residents, the flat type, the requested services, etc.; leases according to the different and personal needs of companies and private people, with many charges starting from about 1.100 €uro per month, for stays longer than 30 days, All Inclusive (*) with our “attended flats”.

Or starting from about 790,00 €uro per month with services according to consumption (**)
